Logistics of production

PROTiM activities related to the processes implementation of the flow of goods in production processes include four basic areas performed according to customer needs.

Internal conveying systems
Three basic systems (light, medium and pallet) based on devices such as roller conveyors, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, roller arches, belt arches, elevators and lifts, separating and connecting systems (including chain-roller crossways, separators), turntables, trolley tracks and buffering systems.
Systems for automatic grouping and collective packaging in folding boxes and box trays and semi-automatic packaging by administration of trays from box trays splicers. Packaging machines are also classified as any kind of box packaging machines for group packaging and trays.
Palletizing systems implemented through the layer palletizers of our own design, as well as portal palletizers, scara and using palletizing robots.
Production systems or so-called technological processes, in which apart from strictly manufacturing operations such as cutting, milling and exscinding, are executed the processes of dosing, compressing and weighing and inspection of shape, dimensions, mass or strength persistence. In the production processes manipulators of different purposes and different levels of latitude are significant, implementing operations of loading and unloading, piling, unpiling and buffering.

Within the aforementioned systems PROTiM offers comprehensive realization, including integration regarding the process and safety, CE certification and broad support during our cooperation with the customer. PROTiM offer is complemented by standard (ready) forming and packaging machines such as:
